These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Altarra Intimacy & Relationship Coaching (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Michelle Feuerstein”) through this website, private consultations, workshops, events, or digital offerings (“Services”).

2. Nature of Coaching Services

Our services are intended to support personal development, emotional wellness, and relational clarity. They do not constitute psychological or medical advice.

3. Coaching Disclaimer

All Services provided are coaching in nature and do not constitute therapy, counseling, or medical advice. Coaching is not a substitute for mental health care. If you are in crisis, please seek support from a licensed therapist or mental health professional.

Michelle Feuerstein is a certified coach, not a licensed clinician. You are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after any interaction with our Services.

4. Payments & Billing

All fees for coaching services, workshops, or products must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Accepted forms of payment are processed via secure third-party platforms.

Late payments or failed transactions may result in the suspension of services until resolved.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

1:1 Sessions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled. No refunds are given for missed or same-day cancellations.

Group Programs & Events: Refund policies vary and will be stated at time of registration.

Digital Products or Courses: All sales are final unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services with reasonable notice and will offer alternative dates or a refund where appropriate.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

We are committed to maintaining confidentiality in all client communications. Exceptions include:

-If you disclose intent to harm yourself or others.

-If disclosure is required by law or subpoena.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

- Engage in harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior during any Service.

- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts.

- Infringe upon the rights of others using or accessing our Services.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services without refund for violating these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and intellectual property provided through the Services are owned by Altarra Intimacy & Relationship Coaching or licensed appropriately. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any content without written permission.

9. Testimonials & Results Disclosure

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services or website.
